CARE Company SPECIALS...
During some holiday breaks and other scheduled school closings, the C.A.R.E. Company will host special events programming.
The daily rate for specials is $33.50/day. (Depending upon the planned activities, some 'specials' may have higher fees.) If a field trip is scheduled, a field trip fee of $10.00/trip will be applied. Sibling discounts do not apply to specials.
Registrations for specials is done on a first come/first serve basis. Space is limited for each special event. Register early to avoid disappointment.
Fee credits will not be given after the cancellation deadline. Cancellations prior to the deadline will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee/child. Deadlines for cancellation for each special is 14 days (2 weeks) prior to event.
Specials not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements will be cancelled.

Register:
Beginning November 1st. Last day to cancel is Dec. 8, 2010. No cancellations/refunds after December 8th. Staffing will be based on enrollments received by December 8th.

§ Dress for outdoor play/wear gym shoes
§ Please have picture identification ready when picking up your child.
*If your child will require medication while at the CARE Company.
We can administer medication to your child if you provide the following:
§ Prescription or over the counter medication: a Medication Authorization form completed by the physician and legal guardian.
§ All medication must be in the original packaging and labeled with your child’s name.
§ Please give medication and completed form to the child care supervisor on site.
If the necessary information & form has not been provided, the parent will be expected to administer medication. (Forms are available online: www.troyceonline.com)
